A small stable, by intention
We are a small dressage stable in the Dutch countryside. Every horse here is trained with time, patience and an eye for the individual, and every horse is ridden by Sanne herself. That is how we like it, and how we keep it.
The horse always comes first.
About Sanne
In the saddle her whole life
Sanne grew up on her parents' breeding and boarding stable in Wijk en Aalburg. Trained throughout her youth by Coby and Marlies van Baalen, she rode to individual gold at the 2012 Pony European Championships in Fontainebleau, alongside team silver and freestyle silver. She was Dutch Pony Champion in 2010 and 2011, and Dutch Indoor Pony Champion in 2012.
In the winter of 2018 she trained and sold horses at a Grand Prix sales barn in Ocala, Florida, competing at Wellington along the way. She knows the international buyer first-hand.
Today she trains and competes at Subtop level, presents horses in KWPN IBOP tests and develops young horses at her own stable.
